One to three working days for STARTER, two to four for PREMIUM, three to six for VIP. Those are working days counted from the day we have your content and your logo, not from the day you pay. Almost every delay in this business is content waiting on the client, so we send you a one page checklist on day one to stop that happening.

Two full rounds on STARTER and PREMIUM, three on VIP, plus small fixes free for 14 to 60 days after launch depending on the package. A round means you send one consolidated list, we do all of it, then you review. That is much faster for both of us than forty separate messages.

You do, completely. On handover you get the full source, the design files and written deploy instructions. There is no licence, no hidden framework fee and no monthly payment required just to keep your site online. If you ever want to move to another studio, you can take everything with you the same day.

No. Hosting is inside the package because most clients would rather never think about certificates and backups again, not because we lock you in. Your site is plain static files, plus a small Node server only where a package needs one, so it runs happily on Vercel, Netlify, Hostinger, Niagahoster or your own VPS. If you would rather run it yourself, say so and we hand over the files and help you point the domain.

Nothing is switched off by surprise. About a month before your included years end we message you, and you choose. Keep it live costs 99 dollars a year and covers the hosting, the domain renewal, the SSL, uptime monitoring, security patches and one small edit a year. Or you take the files and host them elsewhere, and we help you point the domain at no charge. Keep it live is only about staying online, so it is a different thing from the monthly care plans above, which are for clients who want us making changes for them every month.

You get a proper numbered invoice for your accountant, and the rupiah amount is fixed at the rate on the invoice date so it cannot drift.

On PREMIUM and VIP, yes: we write the structure and a first draft of every page in English and Indonesian, then you edit it and we set it. On STARTER the copy is a small add on, because a short site is usually written faster by the person who sells the thing every day.

Small changes are covered by a care plan: 30 minutes a month on Essential, two hours on Growth, and effectively unlimited on Concierge. Anything larger, like a new section or a second language, is quoted as a small fixed price project. Existing clients always go to the front of the queue.

Design direction guarantee. If the first draft is not what you wanted and you decide not to continue, you get 100 percent of your money back. Tell us within 3 working days of receiving the first draft, and the draft is not used. Once revisions start, the project runs to completion with two revision rounds. A domain already registered in your name cannot be refunded.
